  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by explaining financial products clearly and honestly
  • Review and finalize all paperwork for each deal, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate closely with sales managers and sales consultants to maximize deal profitability
  • Monitor and achieve performance metrics such as product penetration, PVR (profit per vehicle), and finance reserve
  • Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and product vendors
  • Stay current on industry trends, compliance requirements, and lender programs
  • Resolve customer concerns related to financing or aftermarket product issues

Overview

Mazda Denton is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our leadership team. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the financial and insurance purchasing process while ensuring compliance, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be highly knowledgeable in automotive finance products, possess strong closing skills, and demonstrate a commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction that aligns with the Mazda brand.
