Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of financial advisors to achieve sales targets and professional growth. Provide ongoing mentorship and support to team members to foster a high-performance culture. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through networking and community engagement. Qualifications
Experience:
Proven experience in sales or financial services management preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of financial services.
