Position Summary: The Finance Director is responsible for the financial services and support to the company as a whole or to one of its business units. Functional areas include but are not limited to pricing analysis, client profitability, budgeting and forecasting, and investment / project ROI. The financial information developed by Inmar's finance teams is often derived from large and complex data sets and typically includes more than just a detailed data handoff. Team members must develop an in-depth understanding of the business in order to provide meaningful and actionable data insights such as metrics and trends that lead the audience to conclusions.
Primary Accountabilities:- Analytical
- Provide insightful metric-based reporting and analysis while maintaining transactional processes and records to ensure validity of complex transactions.
- Provide guidance with analyzing and forecasting to compare actual results with plans; improve financial results by monitoring variances, identifying trends.
- Oversee preparation of financial presentations to communicate key assumptions and forecasts with Business Unit leaders and Corporate Staff.
- Able to summarize complex financial findings and data sets and present to VP and C-Suite levels.
- Formulate questions and direction from research and potentially ambiguous data.
- Demonstrate increasing levels of competence and autonomy, becoming the expert in certain processes and reports.
- Demonstrate focus on continuous improvement of created and inherited processes and reports.
- Own one to several processes around preparing annual budgets and forecasts, such as perform data pulls, modeling, detailed calculations, and loading of quarterly and annual budget numbers into financial systems in time to meet deadlines.
- Leadership
- Manage one or more financial events or processes on a regular basis, providing leadership to those involved.
- Be accountable for coordinating and submitting timely and complete bank reporting while ensuring the company meets all covenant agreements.
- Lead or serve as the Finance representative in strategic initiatives for the company.

Required Qualifications:- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field of study required and
- Masters preferred
- 10+ years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position
