JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Finance & Business Management (F&BM) Business Management Associate within the US Equity team, you will collaborate with senior leaders and internal business managers to implement strategic projects and address daily business challenges. You’ll liaise across business groups to define requirements, analyze data and processes, and provide tactical support. You will also foster relationships with external vendors and support key initiatives across audit, risk, legal, compliance, and operations—taking a proactive approach to identifying risks and developing innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with business groups across functions to execute key priorities and define business needs
  • Analyze data, processes, and team organization to identify weaknesses, gaps, risks, and opportunities
  • Document requirements for improvement and provide tactical support to the team
  • Facilitate and maintain relationships between the business and external vendors
  • Support client onboarding, procedure updates, presentations, and development of visualization dashboards
  • Provide reporting for senior management and support audit, risk, legal, compliance, and control management
  • Assist technology and operations teams to implement key initiatives and address day-to-day issues
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years9 experience in Asset Management businesses or product areas
