Engagement Lead to join our
Finance and Operations Delivery Team!
The
Engagement Lead will oversee relationships with our enterprise level clients across our Finance and Operations technologies. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic clients demonstrated by your ability to understand our clients' needs and requirements, aligning them with our best in cloud solutions to achieve their goals. The engagement lead is expected to drive strong delivery of existing work which will help lead to adjacent opportunities in different functions, business units, and/or regions within an enterprise ecosystem.
Ideal candidates will be able to:- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Understand their business processes and advise on best-practices where applicable
- Lead multi-faceted internal teams, balancing SR's resources to maximize impact to the customer while still focusing on their professional development and career progression
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Qualifications:- Proven experience as an engagement/project manager in technology or management consulting
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on client needs
- Experience with Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle, SAP, or a similar EPM cloud-based technology is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

Spaulding Ridge is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the United States across locations is reflected below. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on a range of factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Please note that the range provided is subject to change at any time in accordance with internal policies and applicable law.
Salary Range
$110,000-$210,000 USD
