OverviewTRC has an immediate opening for an experienced Field Team Leader with our Air Emission Testing Practice. This position will be based out of our Tuilsa, OK office.
The successful candidate will work with a talented staff to continue serving clients and growth in the surrounding area.

Responsibilities- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen and physical.
- Good organization skills and driven.
- Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- A current and valid passport is a plus.
- BS in related science or engineering field or equivalent work history, with a minimum of three years stack testing experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of Federal Regulations (40 CFR parts 51, 60, 63, and 75) and EPA quality assurance and guidance documents.
- QI certification in Groups I and III.
- Willingness/ability to travel at least 75%.

Qualifications- 3+ years' experience in air emissions testing (stack testing).
- QI Certification.
- Familiarity with EPA Methods.
- Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe.
- Unencumbered US driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Have high attention to detail, especially as related to safety and quality.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50lbs.
- Able to safely traverse ladders, stairs, etc. daily.
- Strong written and oral skills.
Highly Competitive Candidates will demonstrate:
- Bachelor's Degree in a science or engineering discipline preferred.
- Previous experience leading teams in the field.
- QI certification in Groups I, II, III.
- Thorough understanding of EPA Methods 1-5, 6C, 7E, 10.
- Experience with methods & scope specific to utility (Pt.75) customers.
- Experience performing CEMS RATA's (40 CFR 60/75).
- Current, valid US Passport.

Compensation: Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
