Job Description
We are looking for an Experienced Construction Surveyor responsible for establishing and verifying survey control, performing construction layout, checking grades and elevations, supporting concrete pours, and ensuring all works are constructed in accordance with design drawings and project specifications. Provides accurate field measurements and survey data throughout all phases of construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Performconstruction layout and stakeout for buildings, foundations, roads,utilities, and structural elements.
  • Establishand maintain site control points and benchmarks.
  • Verifygrades, elevations, and coordinates prior to construction activities.
  • Conductsurvey checks before, during, and after concrete pours.
  • Setout anchor bolts, column locations, foundation walls, and slab elevations.
  • Performas-built surveys and prepare survey reports.
  • Verifystructural locations against design drawings and specifications.
  • OperateTotal Stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, robotic survey instruments, anddigital levels.
  • Coordinatewith project managers, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors, andQuality team.
  • Maintainaccurate survey records and field notes.
  • Supportquality assurance and quality control requirements.
  • Ensurecompliance with project tolerances and construction standards.

Requirements
  • Minimum5 years of construction surveying experience.

Security Clearance Requirement

In accordance with applicable pay transparency legislation, EBC Inc. has included the expected salary range for this role, which is $80,000-$115,000. Compensation within the range is determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, localization, and internal equity. Base salary is one component of EBC's comprehensive total rewards offering, which may include performance-based incentives, extended health and wellness benefits, retirement savings programs, and career development opportunities.
