Client Services Supervisor

Compensation: $75-90k (DOE)

Full-time • In-person • Field-based

As we continue to grow, we're expanding our field-based client services team - the heart of our client and caregiver experience.

The Role: Client Services Supervisor

This role is ideal for someone who loves being out in the field, meeting families, supporting caregivers, and representing our agency in the community. You'll conduct in-home assessments, maintain strong client relationships, and help drive growth through referral development and community engagement.

What You'll Do

Client Experience & Field Assessments
• Conduct in-home care assessments and reassessments
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and families
• Ensure care plans are accurate, personalized, and aligned with client needs
• Serve as a responsive, compassionate point of contact for client concerns

Caregiver Support & Oversight
• Partner with caregivers to ensure successful client-caregiver matches
• Provide field support, oversight, coaching, and communication as needed
• Conduct annual reviews and supervisory visits
• Help maintain continuity and quality of care

Business Development & Community Outreach
• Represent With A Little Help at community events, senior centers, and partner organizations
• Build and nurture referral relationships with healthcare and community partners
• Identify opportunities to expand our presence and strengthen our reputation
• Support marketing initiatives and local engagement efforts

Operational Coordination
• Collaborate closely with the office team to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established processes
• Support the overall client services workflow with reliability and professionalism
