THE TYPE OF FIELD SUPERVISOR - PLUMBING AND HOME SERVICES WE'RE LOOKING FORWe're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 5+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience (CA journeyman level preferred)
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC and/or electrical systems (multi-trade experience strongly preferred)
- Proven success in in-home service and sales (not construction)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
- Comfortable navigating customer concerns and resolving complaints
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform duties in varied residential environments

You start your day by checking in with your techs, reviewing schedules, and heading out to support a new technician on a ride-along.
