As a Field Services Representative in our Washington, D.C. office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

In this role, you will carry out activities related to project construction and contract administration including developing and coordinating system test procedures, organizing user training sessions, administering functional performance tests, conducting field observations, attending progress meetings, and assisting in document control.

Expertise of our most successful Field Services Representative:
  • 10+ years of hands on experience in construction management/administration, commissioning, facilities management/operation, mechanical contracting or MEP coordination.
  • Knowledge of test and balance, and controls is required.
  • Knowledge of electrical and life safety systems is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Full understanding of applicable design codes, design standards and specification requirements.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction and general knowledge of operations/maintenance methods.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam and other construction-based software.
  • Valid state driver's license for job site travel.
