Toromont Cat is looking for a Field Service Technician, Crushing Products to provide superior service and product expertise to maintain high standards that ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner with the utmost integrity.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: $49.60 The listed wage is just one component of our total rewards package, and eligibility to additional premiums may be available.

In a typical day, YOU will:- Possess a strong work ethic and a positive attitude to get the job done right and on time
- Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviours at all times, in support of Toromont's Health and Safety Culture
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems using testing equipment and leveraging top tier technical skills
- Maintain quality workmanship to inspect, repair and rebuild crushing & screening equipment within the established time standards out in the field
- Undertake new equipment installations and commissioning
- Maintain excellent communication and trusted customer relationships through regular on site visits and timely service reporting
Must-haves for this role:- Post secondary education in the field of heavy equipment mechanics, industrial mechanics or experienced millwrights
- 2 years' experience in the maintenance and repair of crushing or screening equipment
- Work experience in the construction or mining sectors is an asset
- A valid driver's license is required and willingness to travel within an assigned territory
