Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 + annual bonus
Reports To: Regional Service Manager

About the Role:

The Field Service Supervisor will be an integral part of the service team with the main responsibility to lead the Senior Service and Service Technicians, enabling the team to commission and complete preventative and corrective maintenance of CSI Energy Storage's SolBank Storage Power Block (SPB). The individual will also be responsible for completing obligations under Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA's) for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. The successful candidate must be able to travel and complete tasks at various project sites throughout the US region. Experience with BESS or renewable power generation equipment in a service environment is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of SPBs to adhere to warranty requirements
  • Provide onsite diagnostic, troubleshooting, and hands-on support to maintain equipment and achieve availability and capacity guarantees
  • Support the Senior Service and Service Technicians during daily/weekly tasks
  • Perform proper LOTO and switching procedures as required
  • Fulfil obligations for BESS equipment under LTSA's, which may include: Energy Storage Cabinets, Power Conversion Stations, Ring Main Units, Transformers and SCADA
  • Support client training during commissioning
  • Analyze performance data determining root cause and performance trends


Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Educational background in Engineering, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years' of relevant work experience in a service environment, preferably in renewable energy
  • Knowledge of general and national codes, medium voltage power systems, and Energy Storage system applications
  • Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong ownership mentality
  • Ability to travel as required and be on site during construction period
