Role Overview:We are hiring a
Field Service Manager for our Global Inspection Services Group. You will lead technical operations and team performance, leveraging your expertise in
Eddy Current testing (ET). In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations, lead field teams, foster client relationships, handle project staffing, and drive business growth through strategic commercial proposals.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS- Manage day-to-day operations of Field Service.
- Manage all internal and external inquiries for services.
- Manage all scheduling, logistics, and execution of field projects.
- Provide training and leadership as you grow both the size and talent in your group.
- Maintain key account ownership with strategic customers, working closely with Sales Executives.
- Perform various Field Service activities; inspections of tubing in Nuclear Steam Generators and condensers. Activities may include data acquisition, data analysis, technical support, repairs of Zetec equipment, and direct interface with customers.
- Make suggestions to Engineering Department to improve the fabrication or function of the equipment and/or checkout of the equipment.
- Partner with other managers in the group in support of the Training department and RevospECT analysis team.
- Consistent and predictable attendance
- Other duties as required in support of the department and the company.
SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES - This job has direct supervisory responsibilities for the Field Service Team.

- 10 years of experience in the Steam Generator or Heat Exchanger tubing inspection market utilizing Eddy Current inspection methods.
- Advanced understanding of eddy current test methods as applied in steam generator tubing inspections (probes, testers, robotics).
- Strong project management capabilities to include scheduling, risk identification/mitigation, communication, teambuilding and cost estimation/tracking.
- The individual holding this position must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified material, which include US citizenship and being subject to a federal background investigation.
- Ability to gain entrance into Canada and other foreign countries.
- Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project & Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable expressing ideas/opinions to groups of individuals at various levels within Zetec and/or customer organizations.
- Able to perform frequently complex analysis of problems and/or data and present recommended solutions.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE - 10 years industry experience working as an ET Level II or higher
- In-depth understanding of Zetec's product line
- Experience as a level III is preferred
- Experience as a Resolution Analyst is a plus
- Experience as an IQDA is a plus
- Degree in an engineering discipline; equivalent combination of experience and/or education or 2-year NDE or electronics degree
- Experience in or working with the US military is a plus
- Current or recent (within last 2 years) DOD clearance is a plus
- Previous unescorted access at a nuclear utility in the last 365 days is a plus
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS- Eddy Current Certification Level II
- DOD clearance
LANGUAGE SKILLS- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
