This role provides leadership and direction to Field Service Supervisors while maintaining accountability for fleet performance, workforce capability, resource utilization, and operational readiness. The Manager will work closely with Engineering, Reliability, Supply Chain, Logistics, Safety, Customer Operations, and other internal teams to identify risks, remove operational barriers, and improve field service effectiveness.

Strategic Parts and Resource Planning: Identify critical spares and materials; forecast maintenance and reactive demand with Supply Chain; identify shortages affecting downtime; support stocking-location decisions; plan major maintenance campaigns, upgrades, retrofits, tools, lifting equipment, test equipment, and subcontractor requirements

Maintenance and Site Planning: Review requirements across 30-day, 90-day, 6-month, and 12-month horizons. Identify capacity constraints, support outages and major campaigns, ensure critical-path activities have parts and labor, and support new site and fleet expansion planning
