- Monitor performance through reporting dashboards and store-level metrics, identifying trends, outliers, and performance gaps. Develop targeted action plans with retail leadership to improve application volume, approval rates, take rate, and overall program utilization.
- Identify growth opportunities within the local leadership and execute grassroots strategies to expand awareness, advocacy, and utilization of Katapult’s lease-to-own solution.
- Partner with store teams to identify and eliminate friction points—resolving issues, refining workflows, and simplifying execution—so associates can confidently adopt the process and consistently succeed.
Program Execution & Operational Excellence
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of Katapult’s lease-to-own program from pre-launch collaboration through post-implementation optimization.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and structured business reviews to assess performance, reinforce standards, and implement action plans.
