Job Title: Field QA/QC Manager - Electrical

Location: Taylor, Texas, onsite at Samsung Construction Site
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field QA/QC Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all required quality standards and specifications are met per the client's standards. The Field QA/QC Manager will work closely with the project team to ensure that all quality control procedures are followed and that all work is completed to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Identify and report any quality issues or non-conformances
- Work with the project team, site supervisor, master electrician, and other stakeholders to develop corrective action plans
- Provide training and support to project team members on quality control procedures
- Ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders on quality control matters

Requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance/control in the electrical/telecommunications industry.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, with a focus on identifying and resolving issues
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Six sigma certified, preferred.
- NESC, OSHA, ANSI certifications, preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams)
This is a full-time, onsite position requiring attendance five days per week. This is an active construction environment, and the role will be based in a trailer alongside the construction and electrical team. You will have the opportunity to work in the newest and largest semiconductor manufacturing facility in Texas!
