We are looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead regional field marketing across the United States. You will partner closely with US Sales leadership to translate revenue, territory, account, and customer priorities into high-impact field programs that build relationships, create and accelerate pipeline, and strengthen Monotype’s presence with priority audiences. You will own the US field marketing plan and budget, including strategic events, executive experiences, account-based activations, sponsorships, customer programs, and other targeted regional initiatives. Working closely with Global Campaigns and other marketing teams, you will activate global priorities in ways that are relevant to US markets, accounts, and sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on B2B marketer with strong commercial acumen, a data-driven mindset, and an AI-first approach. You embrace AI as part of your everyday workflow, using it to improve campaign planning, content creation, personalization, reporting, and optimization while staying ahead of the evolving search and discovery landscape.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and execute the US regional marketing plan to generate demand, build qualified pipeline, increase brand awareness, and support growth across priority customer segments.
- Serve as the primary marketing counterpart to US Sales leadership, aligning marketing investment and execution with revenue goals, territory priorities, Global Key Accounts, Enterprise customers, and ideal customer profile accounts.
- Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Integrated Marketing, and other global and regional teams to translate business priorities into coordinated, measurable marketing programs.
- Develop and execute high-impact field programs, including executive dinners and roundtables, industry events, VIP experiences, customer programs, sponsorships, webinars, partner activations, and targeted account-based experiences designed to engage priority accounts and accelerate pipeline. Increase US brand awareness and engagement through thought leadership, customer stories, strategic events, executive programs, partnerships, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Partner with Global Campaigns to bring global campaigns to life in the US through relevant field activations, events, account experiences, partnerships, and Sales plays, ensuring programs reflect regional market and customer needs.Partner directly with Sales on account engagement and opportunity acceleration, developing targeted programs and experiences and providing actionable insights on marketing engagement within priority accounts.
- Maintain a regular operating cadence with US Sales leaders and sellers to understand territory needs, priority accounts, pipeline gaps, upcoming opportunities, and customer engagement needs, translating those insights into field marketing actions.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness by improving account research, event and program planning, personalization, sales follow-up, reporting, and speed to market.
- Measure field marketing impact through account engagement, event and program performance, sourced and influenced pipeline, opportunity progression, Sales participation and follow-up, and program ROI, using insights to optimize future investment.Own the regional marketing budget and manage relevant agencies, vendors, sponsorships, and event execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with clear business value.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B field or regional marketing, preferably supporting enterprisesales organizations in software, SaaS, technology, or similarly complex B2B environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing field marketing programs such as executive events, roundtables, industry events, account-based experiences, sponsorships, customer programs, and regional activations that contribute to pipeline creation and acceleration.
- Experience partnering closely with enterprise Sales teams and translating revenue, account, and territory priorities into effective marketing strategies and programs.
- Strong knowledge of account-based marketing, including account selection, audience segmentation, buying-group engagement, personalization, sales activation, and account-level measurement.
- Experience executing brand awareness programs through thought leadership, executive events, customer advocacy, partnerships, or integrated campaigns that increase market visibility and engagement.
- Strong event/program management capabilities, including vendor management, sponsorships, logistics, budget management, Sales enablement and post-program follow-up.An AI-native way of working, with hands-on experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in day-to-day marketing. Ideally, you have progressed beyond individual prompts to reusable prompt libraries, repeatable workflows, or automated processes while maintaining brand and quality standards. Experience designing agentic or automated marketing workflows is a plus.
- Working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, event management and analytics platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Cvent and Power BI or comparable tools.Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to evaluate marketing performance, optimize investment, and communicate marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across regions and time zones.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with Sales leaders, senior executives, customers, agencies, and cross-functional partners.

The US pay range for this position is $115,000.00 – $130,000.00 annual base salary for external candidates with the appropriate level of experience. A corporate bonus will also be offered as part of this role. The final annual base salary offered will be based on location and experience level, and could be less for internal applicants depending upon experience.
