JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Field Loss Prevention Generalist, you’ll play a pivotal role in safeguarding our stores and supporting our teams across a designated region. Reporting to the Divisional Loss Prevention Manager, you’ll be a trusted resource for store leaders, helping them understand and implement strategies that reduce shrink, enhance safety, and ensure compliance. This is a field-based position that requires a high level of independence, adaptability, and travel—up to 80%—including overnight stays. You’ll be analyzing data, conducting audits, supporting investigations, and training store teams, all while building strong relationships and promoting a culture of integrity and accountability. •    Maintain detailed records of shrink trends, investigations, and compliance.
•    Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $60,300.00-$100,700.00 annually
