JOB DESCRIPTION

The Field Engagement Marketing Sr. Associate equips business bankers with field-ready marketing materials, tools and resources that enable strong, consistent conversations with small business owners in local markets. This role partners with field leadership, marketing, product and risk to create compliant, on-brand content that helps bankers acquire, deepen, and retain client relationships. A key part of the role is owning the strategy and execution of Spanish-language customer materials, from education to storytelling, so our brand feels clear, relevant, and local for Spanish-speaking communities. They’ll need a high level of curiosity to learn products, banker and small business owner needs, ask sharp questions, uncover insights, and iterate quickly; ideally, leveraging compliant generative AI-enabled creative development and workflows.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the thought-leadership content strategy including messaging architecture, storytelling frameworks, and standards that enable clear, consistent field conversations and drive engagement.

  • Create high-impact marketing materials, aligned to business objectives and local market needs. Materials include custom presentations, leave-behind materials, and one-pagers.

  • Lead the Spanish-language content strategy and execution to support Spanish-speaking customersdelivering financial and product education and client stories that make Chase for Business feel local and culturally relevant.

  • Apply approved AI-enabled workflows to accelerate drafting, versioning, and creative development, ensuring thoughtful human review and adherence to required standards.

  • Manage vendor and agency relationships to support content development and production needs, ensuring quality, timeliness, and strong creative output.

  • Partner with risk and compliance to secure required reviews and approvals while maintaining a fast, disciplined iteration cadence.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated project management capability, including planning, execution, and delivery against timelines.

  • Highly proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office
