Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, in partnership with Emory University School of Medicine, is searching for a talented pediatric cardiologist with advanced expertise in fetal echocardiography to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity for a visionary clinician-scholar to catalyze growth within our program through robust scholarly activity, a drive for innovation, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in patient care and education. Role and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will join the Division of Pediatric Cardiology at Emory University School of Medicine, a vibrant group of 62 faculty members led by the nationally recognized Dr. William Mahle. The role blends clinical excellence with academic leadership, with duties including:

  • Clinical Care: Delivering exceptional fetal echocardiography, routine transthoracic echocardiography, and consultative services in outpatient clinics and nurseries.
  • Academic Mission: Actively engaging in cutting-edge research and scholarly initiatives that push the boundaries of pediatric cardiology and fetal imaging. We expect a commitment to publishing, presenting, and securing grants.
  • Innovation: Developing and implementing novel approaches to clinical practice, research, and education to improve patient outcomes and advance the field.


Candidate Profile

We are seeking a physician who has completed a categorical fellowship and advanced imaging training, holding or being eligible for board certification in pediatric cardiology.
