What You Will Do

Drive Account Growth & Origination

  • Own growth forour largest Federal Health accounts, anchored by work with Veterans Affairs, with accountability forprogressing select existing pipeline opportunitiesandoriginating net-new opportunities.

  • Proactivelyidentify, originate, qualify, and progress new opportunities, with an emphasis onnetnew growth.

  • Originate and drivelarge-scale technology modernizationopportunities, translating mission needs into an actionable transformation roadmap and deal strategy.

  • Leverage an establishednetwork of Federal Health client relationshipsto open doors, deepen executive engagement, and acceleratepursuitmomentum.

  • Build and lead theteaming partner ecosystem, shaping partner strategies that strengthen competitiveness and expand solution breadth.

  • Tee up, shape, and orchestrate dealson the technology solution side ligning solution architecture, delivery approach, teaming, and pricing inputs to position for win.

  • Cultivate senior technology relationships andinfluence deal outcomesthrough credibility with CIO/CTO-level stakeholders and technical decision-makers.

  • Lead capture efforts endtoend, serving as thequarterback from qualification through close, aligning internal teams and partners around a clear positiontowin strategy.

Client Relationship & Executive Engagement

  • Build andmaintaintrusted relationships withCsuite and senior executive buyersacross provider organizations.

  • Open new doors and expand relationships beyond incumbent service lines, scaling accounts fromsingleservice engagements to integrated, multiservice portfolios.

  • Serve as atrusted advisorby anchoring conversationsinclient problems and strategic priorities.

Selling Motion & Solution Positioning

  • Lead withclient problems

  • Positionadvisory,technology,and managed servicescapabilities asintegrated enablers.

  • Collaborate with internal solution teams to shapedifferentiated, outcomesdriven offeringsaligned to client priorities.

Market Intelligence & Capture Strategy

  • Monitor provider market trends, budget priorities, and transformation agendas to inform growth strategy.

  • Drivepositiontowin activities, including competitive analysis, teaming strategies, pricing approach, and procurement capture.

  • Provide actionable market and account insights to leadership and delivery teams to ensure alignment with client needs.

What You Will Need

  • Washington, DC-basedto supportFederal Health client engagement.

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent professionalexperience).

  • 10+years ofFederal Healthexperience, with a strong focus onsales, business development, or capture roles.

  • Strong ability tohold Csuite conversations,originateopportunities, and lead complex pursuits.

  • Demonstrated success working across advisory, implementation, technologyenabled solutions, and managed services.

  • Provensuccessopening new business in white space.

  • Experience scaling accounts from point solutions to multiservice portfolios.

  • Strong origination and capture leadership.
