Job Description:
The
Compliance Risk Analytics (CRA) - Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Manager will be responsible for leading and supporting multiple
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Financial Crime Compliance engagements. The role requires strong experience in AML analytics, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, customer risk rating, model validation, data testing, and AML system implementation and optimization.
- AML Model Validation: Validate AML-related models, including transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, customer risk rating, and fraud models.
- Data Testing: Perform data reconciliation, data lineage testing, and data quality assessments.
- Tuning & Optimization: Support tuning and optimization of AML systems, including transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, customer risk rating, and fraud.
- System Implementation: Support implementation of AML and Financial Crime Compliance systems.
- AML Program Reviews: Conduct reviews of AML policies and procedures, gap analyses, and risk assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead projects or individual project workstreams with minimal guidance or oversight.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of large AML-related datasets.
- Identify patterns, trends, gaps, and irregularities within client AML data.
- Perform detailed mapping of typologies, rules, transaction codes, and related data.
- Evaluate whether clients' AML systems, processes, and data comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Prepare concise and clear documentation summarizing data analysis findings and recommendations.
- Train, lead, and mentor junior team members.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Interact professionally with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $ 91407 to $113808 /per annum.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
