Location: Location: New York Role Overview: The **Compliance Risk Analytics - Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Associate Director** will lead and support multiple, simultaneous **Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Financial Crime Compliance engagements**. The role requires strong expertise across **AML/BSA/OFAC, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, customer risk rating, model validation, data analytics, and AML system implementation and optimization**. Job Description:
  • AML Model Validation: Validate models related to transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, customer risk rating, and fraud.
  • Data Testing: Lead data reconciliation, data lineage, and data quality testing.
  • Tuning & Optimization: Support tuning and optimization of AML systems, including transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, customer risk rating, and fraud.
  • System Implementation: Support and lead implementation of AML/FCC systems and solutions.
  • AML Program Reviews: Conduct reviews covering policies and procedures, gap analysis, regulatory compliance, and risk assessments.
  • Lead multiple complex AML/FCC engagements simultaneously from initiation through completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered **on time, within budget, and to client expectations**.
  • Serve as a **Subject Matter Expert (SME) in AML, BSA, and OFAC**.
  • Evaluate clients' AML processes and assess compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project teams ranging from **2 to 20 professionals**.
  • Manage team workloads and delegate responsibilities appropriately.
  • Train, guide, and mentor junior team members.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior-level client stakeholders.
  • Participate in client sales calls and identify new opportunities to support clients.
  • Analyze complex datasets and interpret results to identify trends, patterns, risks, and actionable conclusions.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $ 116137 to $142000/per annum, Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
