This role is perfect for a provider who appreciates making a real difference in the community while working within an independent, physician-focused health system.
SALARY
$250,000 - $400,000 (includes base, quality & production incentive).
Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible Family Practice.

Interest in multidisciplinary collaboration and longitudinal practice
