Active license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC)
Enthusiastic about providing low barrier addiction services
Previous experience in addiction medicine is an asset
ISAM or ABAM certification or CCFP(AM) are beneficial but not required

Surrey Memorial Hospital Addiction Medicine Consult Team (AMCT)
Fridays: 1 regular line
Tuesdays: Maternity coverage from September 1, 2026 - September 1, 2027 ( 1 year)
Qualifications:
We are looking for physicians who demonstrate an enthusiasm and passion for providing low barrier and equitable access to evidence based and evidence informed addiction medicine services.
The candidate must have an active license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC). Previous experience providing addiction medicine services is an asset. ISAM or ABAM certification or CCFP(AM) are beneficial but not a requirement.
