About the Job
Base Salary from $105,000/year - $120,000/year with up to $22K in Benefits (Generous PTO, premium BCBS medical coverage, 5% 401(k) match, and more) and up to $12K in Productivity bonus.

Family Nurse Practitioner/PA responsibilities include but are not limited to:
