Education/Experience
- Board Certified (or Board Eligible) Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Current State of Missouri license
- At least one (1) year experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Work hours
full-time, salary position. Fordland location is open Monday - Friday from 8am - 6pm and Saturdays 8am - 4pm. Current need for the position is Tuesday - Friday 8am - 6 pm. Travel between clinic sites required and out of town events or trainings maybe required.
