Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Valid ARNP license with Prescriptive Authority in Washington State.
• No prior experience required, making this role accessible for new graduates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in interpersonal relationships, with a focus on diverse populations.
• Awareness of the socioeconomic needs of underserved communities. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience treating the MOUD (Medications for Opioid Use Disorder) population preferred, but training is offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services in an ambulatory clinic setting.
• Consult with other clinic providers in person or via phone for patient care.
• Make specialty referrals and coordinate diagnostic and inpatient care as needed.
• Participate in shared call system with other providers for continuous patient care.
• Help meet clinic productivity and quality care standards.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinic practice guidelines.
• Engage in audits to meet quality improvement and risk management standards.
