- Surgical and sharp debridement and other bedside procedures
- Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds
- Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols
- Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and the post-acute setting, where you follow patients through healing
Family Medicine Physician Salary & Compensation- Average Annual Earnings: $200,000-250,000 (no earning cap as an independent contractor)
- High Achievers: Top performers earn $300,000+ through performance bonuses
- Pay Structure: Per-patient and per-procedure pay, plus quarterly bonus programs
Family Medicine ScheduleWe offer consistent weekday schedules with no nights or weekends, in part-time or full-time options:
- Part-Time: 2-3 days per week
- Full-Time: 4-5 days per week
Family Medicine Physician Requirements - Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Medical License: Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one)
- DEA License: Or eligibility to obtain one
- Open Background: We welcome Family Medicine physicians, as well as Internal Medicine physicians and surgeons of all backgrounds. No previous wound care or procedural experience is required; we provide comprehensive wound care training
