Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to join the growing team of providers at the expanding Tumwater clinic. - Flexible Monday to Friday schedule with 4, 10-hour shifts; up to 1 day of Telehealth possible
- Outpatient care only
- DAX Copilot AI scribe documentation service available for all clinicians at no charge
- Centralized Triage and In-basket Support
- Team based care with RN co-visits and integrated clinical services (PharmD, BHI, RD)
- Patient-centered medical home
- Shared call 1:20 or better

- Compensation is between $296,169 and $347,122 per year
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
