Job Description:

Family Medicine Physician

Location: Sarasota, Florida

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care to a diverse patient panel (Ages 14+ for Family Medicine)
  • Provide traditional primary care services, including Women's Health (well-woman exams, pap smears, etc.).
  • Perform clinical procedures (preferred); including joint injections, I&D, and skin biopsies.
  • Supervise and collaborate with 1-2 Physician Assistants to ensure cohesive team-based care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards.
  • Utilize Virtual Assistant support provided throughout the day to streamline workflows and enhance work-life balance.

Qualifications

  • Board certified or board eligible (if within two years of residency) in Family Medicine
  • Experience: Preference for at least 1 year of experience in an outpatient Primary Care setting, though strong new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • License: Active Florida medical license or the willingness to obtain one.
  • Mindset: A strong collaborative mindset and comfortability with mid-level supervision.

The salary for this role is $225k-$250k in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
