Job Summary:

The outpatient Family Medicine Physician role at an Allina Health Clinic presents an opportunity to participate in a solid team environment resulting in the ultimate patient care experience. As a Primary Care Family Medicine Physician, you will encounter an array of specialties to support your patients in their healthcare journey. Here you will experience a culture rooted in robust collaborative relationships, creating a nurturing environment for primary care physicians.

Key Position Details:

Our Primary Care providers partner with our Mental Health service line and the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing to provide whole person care in the clinic setting. 

The Hastings clinic is searching for a Family Medicine Physician to join its team. Here you will be part of a 38 member team including the service line specialties of Medical imaging, Eye Care, mental health, and women's health, yet able to access the full spectrum of specialty care across the Allina Health system.

  • 36 patient contact hours per week - flexible, open to lower FTE

  • Outpatient practice providing care to all ages, including growing families

  • Clinic hours are Monday: 8am-5pm, Tuesday-Wednesday: 8am-7pm, Thursday: 8am-5pm, Friday: 8am-4:30pm, Saturday-Sunday: 8am-4pm (walk in care)

  • EMR: Excellian is one of the most comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) systems in the nation.

A scenic river town steeped in tradition, Hastings features the rugged and colorful scenery of the Mississippi, St. Croix, and Vermillion Rivers, many historic buildings, a mix of shopping facilities, restaurants, and industry & community festivities. Job Description:

Job Requirements

  • MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required

  • BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required

  • Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)

  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)

  • Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable

  • ​​BLS Tier 1- Basic Life Support -Multisource required within 180 Days

Pay Range

Pay Range: $279,825 to $329,175 per year

The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
