Position Overview:
Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is seeking a full-time (0.8 - 1.0 FTE) Primary Care Physician(s) either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained to join our Veradale Medical Center team in Spokane, Washington.
Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health-or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.
- This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.
- You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
- Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
- AI Scribing & Summarization support to cut down charting time by half.
- In our integrated health care model our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and Benefits- Salary Range: $279,366 to $328,666 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)

- Signing Bonus: New Hires are eligible to receive up to $60,000
- Primary Care Bonus: $100,000
- Relocation Allowance: Up to $13,000 (based on location at time of offer)

- Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
