Full Job Description
Position Overview:

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time (0.8 - 1.0 FTE) Primary Care Physician either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained to join our Northshore Medical Center team in Bothell, Washington.

Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health-or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.
  • This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.
  • You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
  • Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
  • AI Scribing & Summarization support to cut down charting time by half.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary Range: $279,366 to $328,666 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
  • Value Based Incentive Program: Annual bonus opportunity based on organizational and team-based performance on access, service and experience goals
