National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Current Arizona License (or ability to obtain)
Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substances
CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications
Experience in a primary care or similar setting required
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive patient care including clinical management and diagnostic interpretation
Prescribe medications and plan patient education
Consult with team members on complex cases
Collaboration with physicians and clinicians
Support community health initiatives through outreach efforts
