Position Highlights - Full-time outpatient primary care practice
- Monday-Friday schedule; Days

Qualifications MD, DO, or equivalent education
American BE or BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med-Peds
Ability to obtain Indiana medical licensure
