Family Law Attorney, Modern Law
We help people through divorce, custody disputes, and some of the hardest moments of their lives. We are looking for a family law attorney who wants to do that work well, and who wants to do it with a team.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
• Represent clients in divorce, legal decision-making (custody), parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, and property division
• Handle cases involving domestic violence and child safety concerns with skill and sensitivity
• Draft and negotiate prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
• Negotiate settlements and advocate in court, including evidentiary hearings and trials
• Stay calm and effective when emotions run high, on both sides
Qualifications
• You must have an Arizona License to practice law and a minimum of 4 years of family law experience to apply for this position
• This is a litigation practice with complex issues, including domestic violence, business division, and complex property issues. You should have experience with these types of cases
• Must work well with a team and have the ability to work independently

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona
• Family law experience, with a track record of good outcomes for clients
• Strong in negotiation and in the courtroom
