FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY

THIS IS A LITIGATION POSITION

If you do not want to be in the courtroom litigating family law matters, this position is not for you.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable appearing in court and have the desire and ability to litigate cases at hearings and trials. You should be confident advocating for clients, thinking on your feet, and taking an active role in courtroom proceedings.

If you are looking for a position where you can primarily work behind the scenes and avoid the courtroom, please do not apply.

THE ROLE

As a Family Law Attorney, you will have the opportunity to handle a variety of family law matters while working within a boutique firm environment where your contributions matter.

The ideal candidate is someone who can hit the ground running, manage their caseload independently, communicate proactively with clients and the legal team, conduct effective client consultations, and confidently prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Starting salary of $120,000, with compensation based on experience
• Bonus potential for exceeding established billable-hour requirements

Flexible work-from-home options - the ability to work some days when preferred and appropriate for the position remotely
