About the Position:

Green Powered Technology (GPTech) is preparing a response to the U.S. Secret Service (USSS) solicitation for Facility Engineering Support Services supporting the James J. Rowley Training Center (JJRTC) in Laurel, Maryland.

The contract will provide multidisciplinary engineering, construction management, quality assurance, document control, cost estimating, and facility engineering support for design, construction, renovation, maintenance, and infrastructure improvement projects at USSS facilities. Team members may support projects located throughout the National Capital Region and other USSS training facilities, including travel as required.

GPTech is seeking highly qualified professionals with experience supporting federal, commercial, or institutional construction projects. Successful candidates may be included in our proposal and, if the contract is awarded, considered for long-term employment supporting this five-year program.

Experience supporting federal agencies, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), NAVFAC, GSA, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of State, or similar federal construction programs is highly desirable. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate the ability to work within multidisciplinary project teams, and be capable of obtaining and maintaining the required federal suitability determination and facility access credentials.

Lead Project Manager - Senior
Serves as the primary point of contact with the Government and provides overall leadership for construction and facility engineering projects. Oversees schedules, technical quality, design reviews, construction administration, customer coordination, and project execution. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). PMP preferred. 10+ years project management experience on commercial or federal construction projects.

Senior Project Manager - Senior Level
Provides senior-level oversight of major construction and facility improvement projects, including design reviews, acquisition support, construction management, cost estimating, and coordination with Government stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). PMP preferred. 20+ years project management experience, including projects exceeding $50M.

Senior Office Engineer - Senior Level
Leads document management, contract administration, submittal tracking, RFIs, change management, and project documentation throughout construction. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 8+ years document management and construction administration experience.

Project Manager - Mid Level
Manages day-to-day execution of construction projects, including coordination of schedules, contractor oversight, design reviews, submittal reviews, change management, and customer coordination. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). PMP preferred. 10+ years project management experience on commercial or federal construction projects.

QA Inspector - Mid Level

Performs quality assurance inspections during construction, monitors contractor quality control, documents deficiencies, prepares inspection reports, and supports project closeout activities. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 10+ years construction management, inspection, or craft supervision experience.

Office Engineer - Junior to Mid Level
Supports project documentation, document control, submittal tracking, databases, and construction administration activities. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4+ years document management or construction administration experience.

Cost Estimator - Junior to Mid Level
Develops independent government cost estimates (IGCEs), performs market research, prepares ROM estimates, and supports budgeting and project planning. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years construction cost estimating experience.

CAD/GIS Specialist - Junior to Mid Level
Maintains and updates AutoCAD drawings and GIS databases supporting facility and utility infrastructure, ensuring accurate records of campus assets. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience). 4+ years experience with AutoCAD and ESRI GIS platforms.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience supporting federal construction programs, design-build or design-bid-build projects, facility engineering, construction management, USACE/NAVFAC/GSA/DHS projects, and those eligible to obtain federal suitability determinations.

Senior Level Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually (Pay Band 4A)
Mid-Level Salary Range: $85,000 - $135,000 annually (Pay Band 4B)
Junior to Mid-Level Salary Range: $68,000 - $120,000 annually (Pay Band 4C)
