The Role at a Glance

The Facilities Site Manager will consult on more complex assignments/projects and act as a resource to internal and external stakeholders, including outside contractors, to deliver various services to Lincoln facilities. This position will coordinate the work of an internal team to conduct space & occupancy analysis/planning, open workspace design, and relocations. This position will also manage projects including: moves, relocations, installations, space improvements, and general building construction.

What you'll be doing
• Assisting in the planning & management of facilities modifications and projects from inception of design concepts through design and implementation.
• Coordinating team to manage moves, adds, relocations, and change processes.
• Developing cost estimates related to space planning, relocation activities, and other projects.
• Maintaining drawings and operational effectiveness of internal team.
• Acting as a resource for clients & planning team to identify equipment requirements and coordinate support for furniture needs.
• Reconciling invoices & purchase orders, submitting invoices for payment, tracking trends in spending.
• Coordinating with Corporate Marketing to ensure all LFG branding items (banners, signs, logos etc.) align with branding guidelines. Working with external vendors to develop and install new items.
• Serving as a point of contact and ensuring contracted services (food services, security, parking, custodial services) are effectively and satisfactorily executed in a manner consistent with standard processes and contract specifications.
• Liaising with contractors and architects to answer questions regarding furnishings, layouts, interior remodeling, and other more complex modifications.
• Inspecting construction/installation progress to ensure conformance to drawings, specifications, and schedule.
• Creating and monitoring scorecards & dashboards of more complex metrics such as headcount projections, capacity, occupancy/vacancy ratios, space allocations & workplace conditions.
• Identifying key metrics to monitor project progress and ensure success; communicating effectively to keep team & internal/external stakeholders informed of progress.
• Promoting execution with a strong sense of urgency and focus on results; influencing team & external contractors to achieve defined objectives.
• Evaluating effectiveness of facilities services, recommending & implementing process changes and participating in the development of best practices, new tools, & other approaches for operational efficiency.

What we're looking for
• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
• 3+ Years experience in space planning and design that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this role (Required)

The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $120,000 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
