Description RoleManages the maintenance, construction, repair, and renovation activities for one or more facilities. Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of buildings, grounds, and related equipment. Oversees daily operations of building, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management, to maintain reliability and performance. Monitors work orders to ensure quality service, compliance with established standards, and adherence to budget requirements. Provides training and guidance to supervisors and staff on maintenance best practices, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance. Coordinates and oversees the work of contractors and vendors involved in construction and capital improvement projects.

Essential Job Functions - Manage the maintenance, construction, repair, and refurbishment operations of multiple facilities.
- Provide guidance and oversight to ensure compliance to all applicable Warehouse Management Policies. Craft appropriate policies where needed
- Possess a thorough understanding of local/regional/domestic regulations and company policy
- Lead initiatives to reduce conditional and ergonomic risk in our processes to ensure a safe and healthful working environment for our associates
- Establish high quality relationships with both site and regional leadership
- Measure site's performance against published requirements in EHS policies. For all deficiencies, identify a plan for the site to implement and fix all identified deficiencies.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts which could include day, nights, and weekends
- Coordinate the efficient operation of all facilities necessary to manage the distribution and usage of all utilities & reduce costs
- Manage facility contracts and work with internal and external stakeholders for right sizing existing facilities and/or consolidation or expansion of existing facilities
Requirements (KSAs)- Health, Safety & Environmental experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, PSM, and RMP regulations
- Knowledge of Safety programs
- Knowledge of environmental laws impacting the transportation and logistics industry intermediate required
