Join CBEM as our Facilities & Corporate Lease Manager, where you'll take ownership of our multi-site lease portfolio, spearhead inspiring office expansion projects, and ensure our teams have safe, efficient, and high-performing environments every single day.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily office operations across our locations and handle facility requests through our ticketing system.
- Work closely with landlords and commercial brokers on lease agreements, property searches, and renewals.
- Source, evaluate, and manage facilities vendors and contractors to make sure work is done well and on budget.
- Plan and run office setups, renovations, moves, and site closures, traveling to offices as needed.
- Maintain workplace safety guidelines, handle physical security and access systems, and conduct routine safety audits.
- Manage preventive maintenance for building systems and ensure quick response to facility emergencies.
- Develop and improve facilities processes, policies, systems, and tools while working cross-functionally with Finance, HR, IT, field leadership, and other teams to keep workplace operations running smoothly.
Skills and Qualifications:- 3-5 years of experience in facilities, property management, corporate real estate, or operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field required. Relevant professional experience demonstrating progressively responsible facilities, corporate real estate, property management, or business operations responsibilities may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience planning and executing office setups, relocations, renovations, and closures.
- Experience managing landlord relations, brokers, vendors, and service contracts.
- Experience managing budgets, tracking expenses, and setting up operational SOPs.
- Ability to work collaboratively across IT, HR, Finance, and field leadership.
- Commercial lease review experience and facilities certifications (CFM, FMP) are a plus.
Physical Demands:This role may require occasional lifting (up to 50 pounds), travel (up to 35%) and hands-on work in office spaces.
