DS Machine is seeking a motivated team-player to join our fabrication team in Gordonville, PA.

Employment Type: Full Time / 50 Hours per Week / Monday - Friday / Day Shift

Reports to: Production Manager

Responsibilities• Planning and organizing cutting jobs with team, coordinated with other leaders and based on
the schedule created by the production manager
• Work on shop floor with cutting department team, fill in where needed
• Responsible for quality control in cutting department
• Responsible for all hours reported per job based on DS tracking management
• Responsible for maintaining an efficient product flow between cutting department and all
other departments minimizing bottle necks
• Communicate with other Leader's on any issues that may impact/delay production
• Communicate daily with team members regarding problems or issues impacting cutting
production
• Responsible for training new/existing team members to have a continuous improvement
mindset - To be efficient - To have a good attitude - Build quality products.
• Responsible for inventory on [sheet and long products] based on DS inventory management
control
• Responsible for preventive maintenance, and documentation for all cutting equipment,
Communicate with in-house maintenance team to perform work needed
• Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep DS accident-free
