- Create financing solutions that meet customer needs while supporting dealership profitability.
- Build partnerships with lenders to secure approvals and funding.
- Deliver transparent and professional product presentations that enhance the ownership experience.
- Review and finalize deal documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, lender, and dealership requirements.
- Monitoring funding timelines and ensuring contracts move smoothly through the process.
- Work with sales leadership to maximize customer satisfaction and results.
- Drive key performance metrics including product penetration, profitability, and lender performance.
What You'll Bring- 1 or more years of Automotive F&I experience with a history of production and results.
- 1 or more years of experience with finance, leasing, lender programs, and compliance requirements.
- 1 or more years working collaborate with customers and business partners.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Total RewardsThis is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes $125,000 - $150 K
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
