Job Summary**
The F&I Manager at Georgica Auto Holdings is responsible for maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction by offering financing, insurance, and extended warranty products to vehicle purchasers. This role requires a strong sales acumen, exceptional customer service skills, and a comprehensive understanding of automotive finance regulations.
Job Responsibilities**
* Present and sell financing and insurance products, extended service contracts, and other aftermarket products to customers.
* Achieve sales and profit goals for F&I products per vehicle sold.
* Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing options for customers.
* Prepare and process all necessary financial paperwork and contracts accurately and efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to vehicle financing and sales.
* Conduct credit checks and review credit applications to determine customer eligibility for various financing programs.
* Educate customers on available financing options, product benefits, and payment structures.
* Resolve customer concerns and objections regarding F&I products in a professional and timely manner.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience from vehicle selection to finance approval.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
Job Qualifications**
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an F&I Manager or similar role in an automotive dealership setting.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets for F&I products.
* In-depth knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance products.
* Strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing automotive sales and financing (e.g., Truth in Lending Act, adverse action notices).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales effectively.
* Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and F&I software.
* High level of integrity and strong ethical conduct.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
* High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
