What You'll Do- Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
- Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
- Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
- Designs, develops, and conducts simulations against hard targets, missiles, and intelligence gaps; defines, implements, validates, and tests M&S architectures; supports wargaming and operational analysis.
What You Bring- Experience supporting government or DoD programs
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of M&S architecture, model development, V&V; simulation integration; data analysis; weapon-system modeling
- Minimum 20 years of experience with a Master's degree related to the labor category.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting MSIC and DIA programs
- Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
- Background in process improvement or analytical services
- Experience in HWIL; federated simulations; MBSE; digital engineering; threat representations, and real-time simulation
