Full Job Description
Notre expert assurance qualité agit comme conseiller pour toutes les activités liées à la fabrication et l'assemblage des appareils, incluant nos partenaires d'affaires. À ce titre, il sera appelé à analyser les problématiques soulevées à la lumière des exigences applicables et identifier les actions appropriées afin de les résoudre de façon permanente et rentable.

Sommaire des responsabilités

  • Interprète les exigences applicables par rapport aux problématiques soulevées par nos clients (internes et externes) et partenaires d'affaire (TIM, Piney-Flats, etc.).
  • Initie les actions appropriées considérant la cause du problème, la valeur et la disponibilité du matériel.
  • Détermine le besoin, initie, documente et effectue le suivi des confinements (stock purge, SIR, etc) en impliquant les groupes appropriés.
  • Communique les actions aux parties intéressées.
  • Fait la promotion des politiques, procédures et exigences qualité de l'entreprise, incluant le programme FOD.
  • Fait le suivi de la performance qualité et identifie les actions requises visant son amélioration et la réduction des coûts.
  • Travaille de concert avec les parties intéressées (production, groupes support, officier de sécurité des vols, etc).
  • Évalue, initie la rejection et gère la disposition du matériel non-conforme de la façon la plus rentable, en considérant la cédule de production et les coûts engendrés.
  • Accomplit toute autre tâche connexe demandée par son gestionnaire.


Exigences du poste / Qualifications

  • Diplôme d'études dans le domaine de l'aérospatiale ou tout autre diplôme pertinent pour la fonction;
  • 10 années d'expérience en assurance qualité dans le domaine de l'aérospatiale
  • Pourrait avoir à soutenir les besoins opérationnels la fin de semaine
  • Maîtrise des systèmes SAP et CAMS souhaitable;
  • Maitrise des outils Microsoft Office 365 et Power BI;
  • Capacité à analyser et anticiper les conséquences des enjeux qualité;
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome avec un minimum de supervision;
  • Capacité à gérer de multiples priorités et à travailler en équipe avec ses partenaires;
  • Capacité à établir des relations interpersonnelles propices à la collaboration;
  • Capacité à communiquer efficacement. (Verbal / Écrit);
  • Connaissances fonctionnelles en français
  • Connaissances fonctionnelles en anglais, ce poste nécessite des communications en anglais avec les équipes de Bell hors Québec et/ou ses fournisseurs, partenaires et clients hors Québec

Summary of job description

  • Interprets applicable requirements in relation to issues raised by our clients (internal and external) and business partners (TIM, Piney-Flats, etc.).
  • Initiates appropriate actions considering the cause of the problem, the value, and the availability of equipment.

  • Monitors quality performance and identifies required actions for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Works in collaboration with interested parties (production, support groups, flight safety officer, etc.).
  • Evaluates, initiates rejection, and manages the disposition of non-conforming material in the most cost-effective manner, considering production schedules and costs incurred.
  • Completes any other related tasks requested by their manager.


Minimum required qualifications

  • Diploma in aerospace studies or any other relevant diploma for the position;
  • 10 years of experience in quality assurance in the aerospace industry;
  • May be required to support operational needs on weekends
  • Proficiency in SAP and CAMS systems desirable;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Power BI tools;
  • Ability to analyze and anticipate the consequences of quality issues;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work as part of a team with partners;
  • Ability to establish interpersonal relationships conducive to collaboration;
  • Effective communication skills (verbal/written);
  • Functional knowledge in French is required.
  • Functional knowledge in English is required for this position, as it involves communication in English with Bell teams outside of Quebec and/or its suppliers, partners, and clients outside of Quebec.
