As a result, a full-time position is available for an Experienced Structural Engineer in our Sacramento (CA) or Lexington (SC) office locations.
Responsibilities include: - Lead and provide technical guidance to structural project teams.
- Manage and attend client meetings, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Oversee construction phase services with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and learning.
- Contribute to business development efforts with innovative solutions.
The successful candidate must have all the following:- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or architectural engineering from an accredited college or university
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in structural engineering
- PE license in any state and have the ability to obtain in additional states as needed
The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:- Expertise in various structural design types, including concrete and steel.
- Experience in design and analysis for structural systems for various types of projects.
- Proven track record as a project lead.
- Commitment to sustainable design and innovation.
