Federal, State, and Local Compliance: Maintain awareness of changes to compliance requirements and ensure affected cases are appropriately updated, thereby supporting administrative and contractual obligations, workforce requirements, Davis-Bacon requirements where applicable, contractor/subcontractor requirements, reporting obligations, and documentation and evidence requirements.

Contractor Compliance: Ensure contractor responses are documented, evaluated, and tracked through closure, and coordinate compliance cases involving general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other project-execution partners.

Reporting: Develop data and recurring reporting for executive leadership and other relevant stakeholders.

Audit Support: Maintain case records sufficient to support internal, external, and government audits.
