Responsibilities

As a Real Estate Agent with Cesi Pagano & Associates, you'll build a thriving business while serving clients at the highest level. Supported by proven systems, expert coaching, and a collaborative team environment, you'll be responsible for:

  • Generate and convert leads using proven systems to build a consistent pipeline of buyers and sellers.
  • Consult with buyers and sellers to understand their goals, provide expert guidance, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Help buyers find and secure the right home through property tours, market analysis, negotiations, and contract management.
  • Convert listing opportunities into signed agreements by demonstrating expertise in pricing strategies, home preparation, marketing, and local market trends.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to help them achieve the best possible outcome.
  • Leverage PLACE technology and CRM systems to manage client relationships, track business activities, and ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks.
  • 🎤 Host open houses and attend appointments to generate new business and build your pipeline.
  • Participate in coaching, script practice, training, and team collaboration to continuously sharpen your skills and grow your business.
